I am heavily addicted to sugar. I don’t keep sugar cubes in the house it’s so bad. I don’t have a sweet tooth, I have sweet TEETH. I just really love sugar. Clearly this is not healthy. I’ve had 41 years to hone my addiction and I’ve tried before to “cut back” with little to no results. My mindset was never right, I was never committed. This time I am. This time it will stick and I will be healthier and happier.
